What we provide to you
We provide you complete access to our inventory of apartment
buildings in Manhattan, New York City, limited to the profile you
provide to us. This information on our New York City apartment
buildings is provided to you via the internet.
Cost of our service
The fee for our service is only $.99, plus New York State sales tax,
for each building you are interested in. You authorize Citirent to
charge your credit card the sum of $.99, plus New York State sales
tax of $0.08, for a total charge to your credit card of $1.07, to
receive access to our new york city rental apartment buildings as
outlined above and below. Any costs you may incur involving connection
with accessing the internet or retrieving e-mail are your responsibility.
Apartment information provided to you
Citirent.com provides you the most up to date rental apartment
buildings in Manhattan. We make every effort to provide to you building
information that is accurate and up to date. As a customer you must
realize that we are relying on information that is provided to us by
landlords and/or their agents. Sometimes the landlords do not properly
update the information they provide to us. You are best advised to
try and check with the landlord before you look for a specific apartment,
if possible, to insure that they have apartments available, and that
the apartments that are available are right for you.
Your apartment search
Citirent makes every effort to provide accurate and current apartment
building information. Again, this information is provided to us by the
landlords. We have no control over the people who are designated by the
landlords or their agents to show you apartments. Therefore, Citirent.com
cannot be held liable for any difficulty encountered as a result of the
landlords' employees and/or agents.
Termination
Citirent has the right to terminate your access to our inventory of
rental buildings immediately and without notice if: (a) you breach any of
the terms of our service agreement; or (b) Citirent is unable to verify or
authenticate any information you provide.
Refund policy
We will refund the price you pay to obtain building access information,
if after you provide written notice to Citirent by email to  ,
(enter "Refund Request" in the subject), that a building that we provided
to you is no longer renting any apartments within your profile, either
currently or at anytime in the future, and we confirm with the landlord
that they are no longer renting apartments within that particular building,
either currently or at anytime in the future. Once Citirent confirms this
information, a credit will be processed with our credit card provider of
the charge made to you for that building, plus the applicable sales tax.
